The lady that checked us in was the ONLY nice, good or helpful aspect. Beyond her - we got 2 rooms & a LIST of issues. Toilets that rock, wobble & drop back into place with each use. Broken light fixtures. Burnt bedspread. Sticky bathroom floors. Curtains that aren't really hanging, many gaps it & parts just hanging. But the worst part was in the transition - this hole overcharged us on each room! About $11 each room - $22+ totally & while that may be just a little to some, it's still DISHONEST!! I am trying to correct it through my card because the moron in the morning was ABSOLUTELY NOT WILLING TO LISTEN, TALK OR EVEN PRETEND LIKE SHE CARED. She was horrible. I absolutely WILL NOT REBOOK & will warn others. Nothing but regrets. Hotel O Haven Huntsville Alabama

Stopped on a site unseen through Expedia & it was a great stay. Very nice rooms!

We really enjoyed our stay. Awesome location, beautiful pool, comfy and clean rooms, and amazing staff at the breakfast every morning!

Front desk staff was very friendly and quick to get us checked in. Gave us a choice on 1st or 4th floor. But when we got to our room, there was a wig left from a previous tenant, makes me wonder how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned. The beds are on these metal frames that creak with every movement so getting a good night's rest felt impossible. And the fire alarm went off at 1030pm at night, it was a false alarm. But then the fight to get my kids to sleep again with a bed that made so much noise. Staff was nice, breakfast was okay. But I won't be staying at a La Quinta again.

Stay was okay, I did however my sheets were stained and the replacement set I was given on was dirty, but other than is was fine.

Liked the clean room, staff and breakfast. Nice place.
