Clean room, friendly staff, pleasant bar, terrace and breakfast area. I prefer a cup/mug for my tea or coffee, and both days these were sparse, although takeaway cups were available.

Great place to stay, very clean and modern

Room had damp issues around the window frame which is strange to see in the summer months. Queued at reception to check in, the reception team ignored us and dealt with another guest who walked straight past us. Staff that we interacted with didn’t seem very interested in talking at all.

Great and memorable stay. The food was excellent, especially the dinner and I would rate this place 10/10. The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed.

Great location near busy streets with food and drink options. Ideal for 18 of us on a cricket tour or anyone wanting a weekend socialising or shopping.

Great location, easy secure indoor parking, Lucy on the front desk was terrific. Granted there was a heatwave going on but the front facing room we had was baking hot on arrival. Drawing the curtains would have helped a little and although one fan was on, another would have been even better. Some iced water on arrival would have been a nice touch. Small details but its attention to detail that really counts in hospitality. Look forward to returning! Thank you.

Lovely location. Very quiet and lovely grounds

Just a short stay, but made perfect by Jolanta, who sorted out a last minute problem with grace.
