Nice property but needs updated. Staff was great-friendly and helpful.

This was our favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We travel a lot but have never experienced such an amazing hotel. The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, and the amenities were perfect. We loved the gym and the pool/hot tub. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

We came for the Telluride Film Festival and were, overall, quite pleased. The only minor problem was getting in the front door the first night so we just left it unlocked the entire time. The king bed was very comfortable, bathrooms were nice & clean, and kitchen was perfect. Wasn't sure about using the hot tub or not.

Nice location. Kitchen well stocked. Comfy couch. Dirty carpet, cheap sandpaper tp, uncomfortable mattresses.

Good automated communication with AvantStay. Some odd lighting and switches including primary dining table light that didn’t work. I’m sure if we had let them know someone would had looked at it, but not worth it for short stay. Small bathroom was compensated for by tons of towels which felt luxurious. Comfortable, big bed. Great location.

The apartment was nice enough, but we were somewhat turned off by the lack of maintenance and housekeeping. The king bed was made up with a full size fitted bottom sheet which obviously didn't fit the mattress. We found a spare flat sheet that we used to replace the non-fitting sheet. The hosts never offered to fix it for us. There were also a number of maintenance items that really need to be addressed: Oven clock just blinked 24/7 with no numbers and had no knob (missing) to set the clock. This was visible from the bed at nigh and had to be covered by a towel. TV was inoperable, garbage disposal was jammed, mismatched lightbulbs in group lights, and more. Apartment needs a good maintenance run through.
