When we got there, our original room was not even cleaned. They gave us a new room on the first floor. During our day no one ever came to empty garbage is or give us new towels. The cleaning shack was disgusting, the fridge and freezer was full of old bait summer that no one has cleaned out. No one emptied the garbage is so I did it myself. I asked the staff for new bags and they looked at me like I did something wrong. When we went to check out early the gal behind the death was talking on her phone to somebody that was non-work related and made me wait for over 10 minutes.
