The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was tasty. I was irritated that the hot tub was broken and I wasn't informed. My stay was absolutely astonishing. The staff was very helpgul and kind. We had a problem with something in our room and the front desk person, Jess, helps us out. She was super friendly and very professional. I would definetly rscommend this hotel for any stay.

The owner was lovely, very helpful and kind. Willing to assist with anything. The Muskoka chairs outside the property were great too, overlooking a nice view.

It was old and out of dated. No shampoo in the room and if you wanted the room to be clean, you have to leave the tag on the door knob or that will not clean. But it is cheap for the night.
