Very organized and friendly staff. They lent us beach equipment are whole stay. Our unit had a beautiful view of the ocean. It is walking distance to downtown Kona.

This place was awesome, perfect for our short stay in Hilo. We enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony each morning, the house and grounds are beautiful and our host was great yoo!

The room smelled like mold. The soap dispenser was broken in one of the bathrooms. The living room furniture was worn and dirty. The bedroom curtains were broken and did not close all the way. We needed to makeshift a solution do that people passing by outside could not see into the bedroom. Other than that, the view of the ocean was great. The property is near eateries, coffee, and restaurants. We will not stay here again.
