For a 5-star hotel you would expect more/better. The lobby area of the hotel is clean, airy, communal, and one of the best areas of the hotel. My issues are with the in room amenities which were lacking, the outside noise at night from the street below and my biggest complaint is that I twice ordered basic room amenities (an extra toothbrush and an iron and ironing board) to be brought up from the concierge and they either never delivered them or it took close to 45 minutes and 2 calls down before it arrived. Thats unacceptable for a hotel of this purported stature. Having just come from a trip to Japan with stays at all 5 star hotels, this pails in comparison in terms of customer service and amenities. So temper your expectations.
