Maureen the manager has an attitude and is very unhelpful.

The design of the suite was excellent especially the design of the second bathroom to accommodate the people using the fold out couch. The furnishings and the supplies in the kitchen were excellent. And I was glad that they made an allowance for recycling. We were disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for renovations. I understand that need to do the renovations in the summer season because there is still an outdoor pool to use. I was disappointed that they did not relay this information at the time we booked. We definitely would have looked at another hotel. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. hoping to get into our room, but had to wait over an hour before the room was available. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If we came back to this area, we would consider staying here again, but will definitely check about the indoor pool.

Great place to stay with a fabulous bar and restaurant.

Our room was fine but I thought the tub could use a better cleaning. My friends room had a soda can left in it. When we asked the cleaning women to get it two just looked at us and said it wasn’t their room. Hotel is a bit worn looking, with damaged wall paper and a very ripped couch in the lobby. Our biggest complaint is the breakfast situation. I never got mine and everyone else in our party was done and ready to go to the park. The next day, they kept screwing up the order for my friend and couldn’t get it straight that butter and cheese are dairy, which she is allergic. The beds were very uncomfortable.
