The advertisement for the property looked way better than the property itself. All the rooms are in separate buildings and they have outdoor entrances. Not what I was expecting. The breakfast was grab and go with no place in the main looby to eat or enjoy what they did provide. The staff was responsive to requests and super nice.. but there was no daily turndown service and I had to request towels when I got to the room as there was only one set for a room for 2 people staying for 6 days. The walls were paper thin and I could hear "everything" my neighbors were doing. It was a nice place and the room was clean but I would not stay there again.

Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.

I was generally impressed since I've stayed at other Holiday Inn Express's but this one is nicer abd cleaner. The pool and water slides are a great bonus but the longer slide is painful since it isn't smooth. The parking is packed with a handful of spots in the back. I never saw it completely full but I went during the middle of September. Only major issue was the fire alarm went off during of the night due to the elevator stopped working. We were never told why that happened and didn't know what to do. We tried calling the front desk but no one answered. The alarm stopped after a few minutes but we were afraid the building was on fire. The elevators were repaired the next morning though.

From the time we were totally ignored on we informed about certain things that occurred…went to the bar last night…got totally disregarded me while basically flirted with a women had the bar…checked out today the man behind never smiled nor asked about my stay….worst customer service…they didn’t have any coffee or accessories available to guests…the Starbucks was a waste…the person was gone two of the three days were available to have coffee… the meals were a joke… Terribly expensive not worth the money…

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort exceeded every expectation! If you’re looking for an upscale getaway in the Smoky Mountains, this is it. The resort truly has everything you could want. The pool and lazy river are absolutely incredible and create the perfect place to relax, while the cabins are beautifully designed, luxurious, spacious, and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. One of the best parts is the location. You’re only about 6 minutes from grocery stores and everyday essentials, and within 10 minutes of restaurants, dinner shows, shopping, Dollywood, and plenty of places to pick up souvenirs. Even downtown Gatlinburg is only about a 23-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer without staying in the middle of the crowds. What impressed me most was how versatile this resort is. During our stay, we saw family reunions, bachelorette parties, church groups, couples, and families with children all enjoying themselves. There truly is something for everyone. Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a family vacation, or a large group gathering, Ashridge at Smith Creek Resort is the perfect destination. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
