On our first night, we heard a domestic violence situation happening in the room next-door. We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. The room seemed fine, but considering the domestic violence situation that happened two days ago it felt very unsafe. I was not compensated for this negligence. They did change my room, but there are so many hidden fees and deposits. Also I brought a blanket and instead of folding it, the housekeeper just chucked it onto the chair. It was so expensive and I cannot justify that price for the experience to be fair part of it was not within the control of the hotel or even to work there, but overall, it was just not an experience that was worth the cost. I expected more from a four star hotel.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay while in Boston.

Overall a very good experience at The Atlas. The pros: fantastic staff, very comfortable bed with great pillows and bedding, spacious suite with no clock - thank you!! Very easy drive to downtown Boston. The negatives for me: no directions from parking garage to lobby, no keypad in elevator - you must select your floor outside the elevator. The breakfast served by room service was poor: presented in a paper bag, overdone mushrooms sprinkled on top of an omelette, and coffee mate creamers - come on guys. Overall the staff and the room made up for breakfast and the elevators, though I am not sure I would recommend the hotel to friends.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

The staff here was so kind and thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing all 3 days and the beach was very quiet and great waterfront. The section we stayed has not been updated like some of the other units but was fine and comfortable. The general location was good and easily walkable to food and drink places. Overall, we enjoyed it and would stay here again for sure.

Had a great time, great beach, loved the amenities, friendly staff and Anitta at The Lantern with her great attitude and personality made the diference everyday!!!!!!
