There was no one working the front desk. You are greeted by someone at a kiosk. The property is outdated and the elevator rattled the entire way up to the third floor. When we opened up our door, the room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The mattresses seem new and somewhat comfortable, but overall the room felt dirty and old and unpleasant. I will not be staying at this hotel in the future

The room was fine it was clean the booking was very misleading there was no coffee in the morning in your room or anything like that the staff was as hateful as all get out I was very disappointed it was my first trip first time using you guys I'll never use you again the gift shop was horrible they charged me $10 more than I was supposed to get charged and then when I brought it to their attention they got very offensive and it took hours and hours of calling any and everybody to get something done about it and when it was settled it was settled in a very hateful way all over $10 dispute what I purchased was $15 in the window with the tag on it she charged me 27 it's just it was stupid it really really hurt my booking with you again and I've also informed other people of this I was really disappointed heartbreaking actually I really wanted my first experience to be a good one cuz I brought my sister along with me and it was just miserable if it wasn't for the staff that was on duty at this time of my booking and my stay if you've been somebody else it would have been a dream come true but because of that a nightmare that became reality
