Lovely property in a quiet area of Cape Cod. A few shops within walking distance and a twenty minute drive from the shops of Chatham. Nice grounds. The floor of the room was a bit grimy.

Family friendly second time going there this time was better than first one

Wonderful stay in a beautiful, quiet Inn which feels like home. Hosts are amazing- so welcoming & ready with advice and ideas to make your trip to the area perfect. And the best breakfasts! Especially lovely to be able to bring our fury friend to share the experience. If you’re in the area definitely stay here & head to Sesuit Beach Cafe for seafood and sunset!

Exceptional customer service and front desk. On arrival, extremely helpful and warm. Breakfast was a large variety of foods, and the hostess there was excellent. Could not help more. We had a large balcony and was wonderful. Pool very nice and watching boats and ferries delightful. Walking distance to Tugboats restaurant and also walked to Black Cat Tavern , both excellent. Would go back again

We had a great stay at the Franklin. It was a beautiful property and the design was well thought out. Great location and staff was kind and welcoming. Loved that they had beach chairs to use too! Will definitely be back.

We stayed in the townhouse. Plenty of room, 2bd and 2bths. Living with fireplace, deck and kitchen. Love the modern country decor. High ceilings with large wood beams. Would definitely stay again!
