Was fine except for the fact they stated we had to leave the place in the same condition as we found it. We had to wash our coffee pot, Cups, wine glasses, etc or face a $50 fee. Who does that?

The ocean view was fabulous. The location is excellent. Everything you could need was provided even towels for the beach and a spade for Hot Water Beach. Room spotless. Only negative was the bed was not that comfortable.
