The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I stayed here during Corps move-in weekend for 2 nights. Hotel was clean, but rooms seemed dark, cave-like. But the real kicker was the parking. The first night, we arrived very late and could only find parking behind the building. We woke up to find the car full of ants!! They were everywhere. We didn’t notice when we pulled in at 11:40pm the night before, but the whole parking spot was a giant ant hill. Frustrating to have a car full of her stuff to move in to college and have ants in all of it!! The second night, I arrived around 10:00pm after a full day of move in, and there was not a parking spot to be found anywhere. I parked in the adjacent Jack in the Box lot and went to the hotel clerk to ask if that was ok. He said “oh no, we don’t have any agreement with them; you will get towed.” He suggested I move my car across the street, in the Total Wine lot. I did so, only to see a posted sign saying that parking is for customers only 24/7, towing enforced. So I moved my car BACK to the Jack in the Box and had to personally go ask the manager of Jack In The Box if I could park there. 30 mins later… I finally made it to my room. Hotel staff was not helpful, and the parking is an issue. I cannot imagine what it would be like on a game weekend. Will not be staying here again.
