We wanted to stay at a reasonably priced, dog-friendly hotel within walking distance of Front Street, so we booked a Deluxe King room at this hotel through Hotels.com. At check-in, however, we learned that this particular room type did not accommodate pets. The staff were very friendly and patiently helped us switch to a pet-friendly Deluxe Double room. The room was very clean, and the hotel was well organized and beautifully maintained. It is set in a picturesque location, just a five-minute walk from the west end of Front Street. The breakfast was great, and we really enjoyed the hotel’s warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

I have been visiting Leavenworth for over 20 years, and I will only stay at the Sleeping Lady Resort from here on out. The property was very well maintained and gave an isolated feel, despite it being so close to town. We brought 2 dogs and they were very welcoming to our pups. I was also blown away by how clean everything was! No dust on the floor trim, no cobwebs or dirt in the corners of the rooms, bathrooms, or in the common areas. We also felt very safe as it is well lit at night when we walked the dogs in the middle of the night. It is tucked away so nicely in the mountains that it felt like the perfect getaway. The only thing I didn't like was the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner they provided. Can't wait to go back again!
