All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. They seemed to be having fun doing their jobs. Very refreshing.

We had a very nice suite. The staff was always very helpful and the room was well stocked and clean.

The room was super clean and comfy. The bathroom and linens were also super clean and fresh. The hotel property feels modern and updated. The hotel lobby has a cafe which was convenient for coffee and a quick bite in the morning. There is valet parking or street parking as well. The front desk associates were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Did not have a kitchen.

It had good locations near. Free parking and water. This place is terrible. 1980s era cheap window air conditioning unit hanging of window. You cannot close the room darkening shades. Deangelo front desk clerk totally unsmiling, unhelpful. Elevator 1 of two broke down for a day, had to get by crew working on my floor fixing elevator. Very old plug multipliers so worn I could not keep laptop plugged in. Complained to front desk staff and told “not my pay grade “. Rained and water leaked on my floor hallway . Entrance so small auto has tough time getting through. Restaurant ok but closed at. 2pm several days per week. Closed for “private event “ with no notice. We paid average 400 per night for pay experience.
