We had a very nice stay. The hotel was close to everything we needed. The owner was very nice.

The property is a historical site, but unique and colorful, lighting, and artwork.

The outside of the building is cute, though some might consider outdated. It resembled a Bavarian structure. The hallway and outside entrance are aged and outdated, but the insides of the rooms have been remodeled and were fine. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and modern. There is a full-sized refridgerator, mounted smart t.v., recliner chair and comfortable chair. I think was a great value for the price and I would stay there again.

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the property you see advertised and believe you are booking is NOT where you actually stay. Instead, we were sent to a completely different location on Lotus Road. This is extremely misleading and should be made very clear to guests BEFORE they book. The room we were given was in a basement, and the entire place felt dark, unpleasant, and frankly disturbing. There was virtually no proper ventilation. The only window opened at sidewalk level, and it was absolutely filthy and covered in dust. Opening it for fresh air was hardly an option because of how dirty it was. The floor was also unbelievably hot, which made the room even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at 10:00 a.m. someone knocked on our door telling us that we needed to leave, even though the official checkout time was 11:00 a.m. Being pressured to vacate the room an hour before checkout was completely unacceptable. The property also felt abandoned. There appeared to be no staff readily available on site, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable. If a guest had an emergency or needed assistance during the night, it was not at all clear who would be there to help. The entire place felt neglected, unsafe, and nothing like what was presented when we made the reservation. The basement accommodation was particularly awful. It felt more like a run-down temporary shelter than a hotel. The experience was genuinely d
