It's ok in essentials and fair for the price. Quiet, clean. No closet nor dresser. We stay I've night so just open carry-on on floor.

1st, no luggage trolleys available. Room had musty smell, very little water pressure in faucet and shower, a couple walked into our room that had been given same room #/key card That’s enough for us to never use Holiday Inn Express again

room was clean, shower needed some tlc, but bed and towels were clean. I'm tall and toilet was very low, but it was clean. Room had two double beds and each bed had 3 pillows, not 2 or 4, but 3, a little odd. If you were sharing with someone who would get the third pillow? But staff was very friendly ...
