We had a very poor experience at this hotel. Just a one night stay to visit my kids who live in Richmond. The first room had a mechanical issue with an aircon unit in the bedroom that's not pushing good air but making a terrible compressor sound... Couldn't be turned off and so chang d rooms at 4am. ...

When checked in we went to room to find it not cleaned and beds not made. The next room they gave us the AC was not working. The third room was better but sink had a slow drain. There were issues with the room phone to call front desk. Ran out of hand and shower soap.
