Unfortunately, our room was very dirty. It took three attempts over two days to get our room properly cleaned and fumigated.
However, the staff was extremely kind. Although it appears the housekeeping staff "did their own thing".
This hotel is very dated. This hotel is very "beat-up". The pictures online are AI enhanced for size and appearance. Even with the kind staff I can not recommend this hotel. The price does not equate to value nor justifiable. The Assistant General Manager, Travis Kaufman, was very and offered 1/2 of my stay returned to me. I accepted yet have never seen a dollar returnes to my account.
Cannot recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel and very reasonable rates. Very helpful front desk workers. Room was very clean. Breakfast was good. Would stay again and recommend.

It was a very uncomfortable stay; we wasted time because, upon arrival, we were mistakenly assigned a room that was already occupied, and afterwards, we were given a room that smelled terrible
