Front desk Staff, Friday, was super nice to us at checkin. Other staff were friendly. Clean. The pool area was clean and the pool was decent size. Breakfast is not breakfast, it's bread, yogurt and coffee, but better than nothing. My only issue is that I was charged my full stay upon check-in and I was also charged the entire amount again on check out , I have been sending messages for several days with no response to get back the overcharge and have not got a response. Hopefully this review will help push them towards responding to my multiple inquiries to being double charged...

I only stayed one night, if that. I didn't find the check in person to be friendly, it felt a little like I was a bother to him. The room needed to be dusted; it was obvious it had not been done in a while. The shower floor had chips and the shower ceiling paint was starting to peel. The bartender at the tiki bar refused to serve my friend and I, which made me wonder if gay couples aren't welcomed here. Even though we aren't gay, just two good friends, but since it was a couples only retreat, it would be fair of someone to assume we were. Gay or not, we should have been served - we were friendly, patient until it was clear we weren't going to receive a drink at which point we just left. Breakfast was ok, nothing great. The pancakes had been sitting for a while and definitely were not fresh. Given the price of the room, I would have expected MUCH better, all the way around! Had it been a motel, I would have given it 5 stars, however, at $600+ per night, I expect perfection!

I am never again going back they advertised water park pools and nothing was open, and the address provided was wrong.

Todo estuvo muy bien .,, solo que el desayuno le falta un poco más de organización por que se termina muy rápido y si crearán senderos para caminar sería mucho mejor

Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was very clean and beautiful! Highly recommend
