I had a confirmed reservation and contacted them the morning of to let them know I'd be arrive at 10pm. When we arrived, they told us they had no rooms left and said we would "get the same rate or better" at a place 10 min away, but it was actually $65 more when we got there. They offered no compensation and didn't even apologize. Avoid at all costs.

Park in garage on 2nd level and walk across on West side to hotel without going down to street level. Room needs a microwave and fridge. Then pay $5 for each bottle of water.

Pretty basic but clean and convenient

Front staff was very friendly and helpful. They accommodated our early check in. The hotel appeared to be clean and updated in the lobby and hallways. Smell of paint so I assumed they had remodeled recently. Room was seemingly updated with the exception of the bathroom which was very poor. Not clean, hair left over in the shower and the shower curtain needed desperate replacing, holes in it and it smelled foul. Hopefully the bathrooms are next on the updating list because it would improve a lot of the quality of room. The bed was terrible and very uncomfortable. Due for upgrading there. We needed to use the pull out couch and there was garbage inside and underneath it, gross. Overall, it wasn’t bad for the price but could’ve used a more attentive housekeeping staff and repairs in the bathroom.
