The building was old, but it was very clean, and I felt right at home. The bathroom was also very clean. The staff were friendly, too.

Very nice hotel, beautifully decorated and very clean. The staff is super, so ready to assist and make you feel welcome. I would most definitely stay again. Be sure to try their Tequila martini in the bar, very good.

Outstanding views of city from our balcony and fantastic location of condo! We were very pleased with everything about our try here. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Good proximity to downtown sights and the lake. Parking is pretty expensive though

This place is one of our favorite places to stay and we have been there numerous times. Rooms are spacious, great location for shopping and restaurants, TV options are excellent. My only complaint is that one of the elevators has never worked in the 3 years we have stayed there. Not a deal breaker but it really should be fixed for busy check in and checkout times. Also the ice machine on our 2nd floor was broken and there were no other machines available so we had to got the lobby to get ice from the bar/kitchen.

Lots of noise due to an elevator repair.
