Very friendly staff. They let me check in early and were welcoming and helpful in every interaction.

We stayed in an 'annex' across the road from the main hotel. Whilst the entrance to the annex felt very uninviting, the room itself was perfectly acceptable. We had booked for 3 adults - there was a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, air conditioning and a small outside area which suited the one of us who is a smoker! The air conditioning was very welcome because there was a heatwave, nearing 40C. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was adequate if not too elaborate. Would recommend and would stay there again. The location was good.

Great, smooth experience, location is perfect near the central station, yet quiet. Staff is so friendly and kind, room looked gorgeous and welcoming. Had a great rest. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to spend my birthday. Thank you and will definitely come back.

Very nice hotel all around. Great AC in the premises and in the room!. Very comfortable beds, and well furnished rooms. Very complete breakfast. Front desk king and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Radisson Collection Hotel! The amenities were great and very modern, will stay there all over again when in the city .

The hotel is nice, clean and super convenient to brussels airport. The shuttle service is also helpful. The only complaint I have is that they advertise air conditioning, but its not really. At least not what some would consider air conditioning. They have it set to what feels about 77-78° Fahrenheit and even though they say you can adjust it by 3 degrees it really doesn't work. You cannot open the window so there is no option of fresh outside air. And with a thick down comforter it made for an unpleasant evening with record high temperatures in Brussels and Europe. Overall, if that doesn't bother you, its a great stay in a great location and I would recommend.

The rooms I had (full size) were compact but practical. I can’t speak to what the other rooms were like but the room was great for me and one other to sleep and lounge in since we spent most time out in the city, just don’t count on space to jump around or anything. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating during the historic heatwave. I was originally put on the top floor and the A/C was struggling to do anything above the 2nd or 3rd floor beyond keeping it from absolutely roasting everyone. The elevator was out and while they count four floors it was closer to 8 floors since each floor had to levels. First night was difficult because it was so hot and humid even with the A/C going full power, so I asked the front desk if there was anything they might be done since I have health issues and couldn’t utilize the medical equipment I need to sleep due to the heat. They worked it out that they would move me to a lower floor and the rest of the stay was lovely. WiFi was sufficient for streaming but nothing heavy duty.

WE WERE VERY WELL SUPPORTED BY LAILA AND HER COLLEAGUES IN ALL OUR REQUESTS. THE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. VERY GOOD BREAKFAST AND SECURE PARKING DIRECTED TO FOR OVERNIGHT STAY. ALL IN ALL WILL TRY AND COME BACK. THANKS
