The room was clean, and the staff was helpful. The pool chairs were a little dated, but overall, it was okay. I would also like to see a staff member out in the pool area on the weekends, because there was a group of kids playing football in the pool, and the smaller kids and families didn't have any space in the pool.

Overall this was our 4th stay at the Colonies in which our unit was immaculate and very clean. The customer service reps at the front desk were very hospitable and friendly, especially Destiny. The only recommendation we would make is to have a snack bar near the pool area.

Place was beautiful and historic. Nice grounds, walkable to winery and restaurant. Nice breakfast. Had to rely on front desk for ice. No fridge in room. Microwave was downstairs. Rooms were not well insulated for sound. Could hear loud occupants in adjacent room late at night.

Keyla (and housekeeping) helped me get a brand new toaster to make my gluten-free toast in. This kindness is immeasurable. Thank you to all that helped.
