Great place to stay close to the beach. very nice big pool. Management is super friendly.

The place may look nice at first, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing and poorly managed. What should have been a comfortable, relaxing stay turned into a series of frustrating inconveniences, from a pointless early check-in arrangement to inadequate housekeeping and disruptive maintenance work. They decided to do maintenance work after we requested an early check-in, so we ended up checking in around the regular check-in time anyway. So much for the early check-in! They only provided one key for the room and asked us to leave it at the office whenever we needed the room cleaned. Are you kidding me? When we finally requested housekeeping, they only fixed the sheets and replaced the towels. The floor was still dirty, as they had apparently forgotten to sweep it. To make matters worse, they were doing maintenance work in the neighboring room or another part of the property. Imagine being woken up by the sound of drilling, followed by the smell of fresh paint! The paint fumes lingered in our room for almost the entire day. Oh, but at least they offer free coffee! Honestly, free coffee does little to make up for such a disappointing experience. Between the ineffective early check-in, the ridiculous one-key policy, the lack of proper cleaning, and the noise and paint fumes from maintenance work, this stay was far from relaxing. A nice-looking place is not enough when basic guest comfort, cleanliness, and convenience are neglected. I would think twice

From the city, it was about 30 mins longer than expected to reach the place because the bridge backs up every week night. That is not the host's fault, adding it as info. Once we got there, we could not figure out which room was ours or where the room was as nobody was there and the doors had no signage. After contacting the host, they were able to point us to the right door for our rooms. The place is pretty rundown but we decided to give it a shot. The power went out about 2 hours later but for like 15 minutes. The next morning we woke up to no water. When there was water, it was only cold. Later that night, the power went out again for like 15 minutes. Next day, the internet was out. One of the days, we woke up to no power and it wouldn't come back until noon due to going out in the area. We got no info from the host about it and had to ask a random worker nearby. On the apartment itself, there were some cobwebs, esp a long one hanging from a light. There were no trash bags to replaces the ones in the cans. They picked up the trash once and didn't again. Sand everywhere but no broom with which to sweep. Shower had an ancient, hairy stick of soap. One toilet paper roll and we had to ask for more. Had to ask for an extra set of sheets because the prior had hairs. The ceiling tiles were almost all rotting and one in the shower had a huge hole. The dish soap was mostly gone by the time we got there. The host responded to my messages the first 3-4 days and then vanished.

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!
