Front desk customer service was awful. The worst

Clean. Private parking. Walking distance for exploration.

This condo was excellent it had everything we needed very clean. Large rooms, washer and dryer in the room. Easy access to the beach and pool. Just minutes from a grocery store. Very family friendly I felt safe taking my kids to the beach by myself. The parking garage was a little tight as we drive a Jeep Wagoneer you would want to back in to insure you were able to get out as spots were limited for a larger vehicle but smaller SUV’s would be no problem. I would definitely stay again even with the parking. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

It was ok. The house needs some work.

We had a wonderful stay at Perry Lane Hotel. The property is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding—one of the highlights of our stay. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were excellent. We also loved the rooftop terrace, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The only minor drawback is that the immediate area around the hotel doesn’t offer many attractions within a short walk. However, that did not take away from our overall experience. If I had one small suggestion, it would be that the lobby is relatively small compared to other luxury hotels. Aside from that, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Perry Lane Hotel. Five stars!
