Miami Lakes Vacation Packages

The fitness center was undergoing renovations and unusable, which I did not expect and was disappointing. The pool is only open 8-6 as is the restaurant, which is unusable for someone traveling for business.

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

Property staff were rude , they don’t have every day room service for cleaning need to stay with the same bed clothes till check out also need to approach everything even to get bath towel in front desk , not to feel comfortable to recommend for friends r family members.

This a quaint little apt style hotel. It is close to everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. Adriana made sure our stay was great! The kitties in the lobby were a bonus.

The entire staff was great and always went out of their way to make our stay wonderful!!! Definitely will be back!!

Everything was excellent and we will come back.
