The cleanliness wasn’t always good. After room cleaning I seen the same paper on the floor for 3 days. Need room spray the rooms smell like sewer or mildew

The parking situation is very unclear. There is a small sign far from the lot that warns of towing but nothing in the area where you park. No significant warnings in communications with host.

the room and amenities are well maintained, clean and convenient, the customer service is awesome , answering requests fast and responsive.

Was unable to enter the unit as the key was not available in the Lockbox. Landing (the rental company) was unable to locate the key, which was apparently with the cleaning staff, who were unavailable. We ended up having to rent another property for our visit.

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatus. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed while still being quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy week. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

There was no complimentary coffee ( which is advertised in the hotel) this morning or bagels for breakfast. I was told by an employee that the “ran out”. However, they are delivered from an offsite location daily. I asked if I could get a cup of the “ gourmet” coffee from the Starbucks machine instead and they told me they would charge our room $ 3 per cup. We also were given a handicapped accessible room, which was fine except in the bathroom. It was a roll in shower. There was a shower curtain that was about 6 inches too short for the shower and the water just spilled all over the tile floor, which then became very slick. It took three towels to mop up the water from the shower. Not the best design or the safest set up.
