Millboro Springs Vacation Packages

The room smelled strongly of mildew. Tried to see if we could switch rooms but there were no other similar rooms available. The sofa bed had a stained mattress and the cushions were also stained. There were no Kleenex in the room despite there being a box for them. The ice machine only worked on the third floor. Only one front desk person staffed during prime check in time (5pm-9pm) and had to wait a long time to check in due to this. Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. Would not stay in this hotel again.

Our stay was very relaxing and the staff members were accommodating. There were a few concerns however. When we arrived at our unit there were tv problems and calls to the front desk went unanswered. There was no informational booklet in the unit which would have been useful. The TV issues were resolved the next day with a visit by a very pleasant staff member. The hot water was, at best, warm. You had to run completely hot water for a luke warm shower. Had we not experienced the above issues, we would have posted a 5 rating. Even with the issues we experienced, we may revisit the resort sometime.

Very spacious place. Every amenity you will even need to have a pleasant experience. Very quiet and peaceful location. Housekeeping does a great job with the cleanliness.

fabulous hotel well placed for the theater

Front desk was very helpful in the check-in and gave some tips on where to eat. The property was well maintained, and the rooms were excellent. They were very well maintained and clean. We felt safe in the area! this motel was cleaner than some of the major hotels we’ve stayed in in the past. Would stay here again and recommend!
