This is an older property. Clean and well maintained. Safety bars in the showers are needed. The pool was clean . No relief from the sun at the pool.

Location...Room...staff excellent except the fishing area

There wasn’t a lake view like stated, you couldn’t dock your boat there overnight, the rooms were not clean, we had one trash bag the entire stay, and the people trying to sell us on a timeshare more than once was annoying.

We stayed for one night. After booking we received an email several days later. It stated that the pool, spa and hot tubs were down for maintenance until next year. Also, our shower did not work at all! Quite frustrating when you want to start your day clean. I spoke to the staff about the shower and they responded by offering me my $28 resort fee back! Really? What kind of “resort” is that? I can go without a pool or spa I guess, abut no shower?

The waterpark/pool and waterslide were great! Loved our house we were in. It was very cute and clean.
