We didn't even stay there, when we arrived and before even walking in the grounds were dirty and so was the entrance door, I walked in and wasn't pleased at all, unfortunately I won't reserve a room there again.

Had no water at all. Request a refund.

Toilet leaked so much it refilled every minute. Ants, roaches and flies in the room. Card key wouldn’t work. Manager came and showed me his trick——to move the card up and down quickly in the slot about 10 times until the light turned green. Water stunk terribly when first used. Check in delayed extensively while clerk argued with customer trying to buy eleven sprites. Pretty sure he had one or two rooms stuffed with people. Security and lighting very poor.

Was great location. Parking was easy. Had an elevator broken that was pretty inconvenient. Had to use the service elevator. The room was dated but nice. I think the hotel likes to keep a dated look. But it’s clean and well maintained.

After we parked, got all our things out, carried them to the side door closest to our room, neither of our room keys worked. We had to go around to the front with all our belongings and go in the lobby doors. When we got to the room, we immediately noticed the pillows on one of the beds was not positioned as the others were. It looked as though someone had been sitting there. Then we went to the bathroom and noticed the seat on the toilet was up, the toilet bowl was rusty, the tub was old and the drain was murky. The faucet in the tub was spotted and looked like it hadn't been cleaned, or even wiped, in quite a while. When we got back to hotel after dinner, we found that neither of our room keys even worked on the gate either! Very disappointing stay. We were not comfortable sleeping there and we decided to drive 4 hours again, back home that night.
