So disappointed in this hotel. Did so much research to find the best location and accommodations and nothing was as it appeared. All the photos on the various sites were from some years ago. The rooms were poorly maintained. There wasn’t even access to the water from the hotel. The staff was amazing and that’s the only reason I am even giving stars. I’d never stay there again.

No Refrigerator, no Microwave . Helpful staff and outstanding services.

Was a very special place. Great personal staff, good food, beautiful location. The only thing that could use a bit of attention is the boat and staff that pick you up. It’s a bit dirty and staff was unkept.

While the staff was very friendly and helpful. This place is absolutely not prepared to host guests. It is listed as a resort however, there is only one villa that is actually completed and the rest of the property is very, very much a work in progress. All of the other villas are incomplete and even the road leading up to the property is not paved. There is only one section of paved road right next to the only completed villa. It’s about 800 feet or so, but this place was completely totally abandoned and isolated. The views shown on the listing are absolutely correct and the views are amazing. However, this cannot be called a resort yet. We were literally the only people at the property because nobody else could possibly stay there. There were no other available rooms because none of the other villas were completed. They did not have a traditional restaurant in any sense and even what was described as the restaurant was at least 100 yards away from the lone Villa available and you had to walk down and unpaved Road to get to this place to eat. Even the kitchen window did not have a shade so if you walk out of the bedroom, you had to be fully dressed because there was no shade to the window and it directly face the only “road” if I could use that word. We were booked for two days but after one night we left. My wife also noticed bugs in the bed so we stayed up all night long. The room was not cleaned as we saw bugs fake eyelashes on the floor. This should not be on Expedia.

Amazing place to get back to nature

Neg: Chillbox in hotel rooms not cold, Personal safe in hotel rooms not secured/bolted down, limited mini market avail (only 2 types of chips), no railing to descend into the pool/down pool steps (easy to slip), gym equipment outdated/rusty. Positives: filtered water avail on every floor, staff very helpful/friendly, restaurant on property, hotel/rooms clean, filtered water available on each floor, very nice pools, rooms are air conditioned No conveniences in walking distance (7-11, Starbucks, etc.), no access to beach Would I book this hotel again? Yes
