Found a room At the last minute on a Friday night. I went inside to ask before booking and the gentleman at the front advised me that Expedia was the best place to book, we compared prices So I booked it there. Then after booking he Informed me there was a parking fee. Ugh, OK fine, it was too late, I had already booked it. I was charged a 100 hold on my card for incidentals. When I checked out Sunday morning, I was told that I basically wouldn't get any of the "deposit" back because it was eaten up with the parking fee and a resort fee. Neither were disclosed at the time I booked so I was irritated. There were plenty of other hotels that advertised free parki g. Be warned that the price you see isn't the whole story.

The home was absolutely stunning, the pictures don't do the home justice. Even more beautiful in person. Every one of our wedding guest we’re in awe of not only the home, but also the views of the mountains. Corinne was also fantastic to deal with.

If you like train noise this is the place. What it doesn’t tell you it’s directly on the main train line through the rockies, extremely loud and wakes you up multiple times a night. Room was clean, bathtub hot a few mould spots and hallways were a little beat up. Due for a makeover and pictures are definitely a little deceiving.. Luckily we didn’t spend much time other than a sleep as the location is great for Canmore and Banff but that train….

Had a very nice and comfortable weekend stay.

Everything about the property was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The view was spectacular. Would highly recommend this place.
