Until construction is done, I would not entertain staying here. The lobby is full of construction supplies, the one small elevator is frequently used to transport materials. The shower has no spot or shelf to put shampoo, soap etc. One of the beds in our room had springs pushing through, luckily the other half of the bed was ok and only 1 person was using it. When brought to the attention of staff at check out, all that was said was, "They are replacing furniture, currently working on the third floor." No one would have been comfortable on the springs. The parking garage is also being used to store construction material, and is difficult with anything other than a small car.

The room was excellent! We received an upgrade to a suite which was amazing! The bed was so comfy and spacious! The room seemed to have really good insulation because there was minimal noises heard. We ate at Chop which was attached to the hotel and the meal was exceptional! We loved the location of the hotel because it was close to great shopping, restaurants, and a movie theatre!

Worst hotel ever. Room was metres away from highway, very noisy till about 10pm, then again 6am. Restaurant is closed. Shower took a while to heat, no water pressure so it was longer shower. Walk in shower had water spill on floor and curtain hung over floor adding more, flooding bathroom. No hairdryer. Can hear neighbors. In morning housekeeper banged doors every few min. and spoke loudly on phone. Yelled through adjoining door to pipe down. Called desk for earlier shuttle. Had words with cleaner prior to leaving. Complained at desk, said I was angry. Couldn't leave fast enough. Will not be returning.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
