From the minute we checked in we knew there was a major AC problem. The humidity inside was horrendous. We had driven 7 hours and arrived after 11pm so were too tired to change hotels and it was prepaid. The hotel room was beyond outdated, I would say 1985? However the shower was hot and the bed was very comfortable, the room is huge. Weirdly large. Therefore we almost needed binoculars to see the TV. There was no coffee for the coffeemaker in the room and fridge had been left on warm setting. I have stayed at two Hilton’s in a month and won’t stay with them again. Oh and the staff? Ignored us completely as they were seated at the bar during check out on their phones.

The room was clean and comfortable. Towels and bedsheets were crisp white. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food. Parking is very close to the main entrance.

Although our check-in went great, our room was spacious and clean, and the beds comfortable...we had no drinking cups or coffee cups provided in our room. The lamp beside the bed has 2 outlets, however neither one of them worked. I travel with a CPAP machine and I absolutely have to have a dedicated outlet. There were outlets on the opposite sides of each bed, but unless you have a power strip they are not enough, especially if there are 4 people using the room. The breakfast provided was so, so.

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

Staff are courteous and pleasant and rooms are great
