Spider webs in windows and both sinks. Office never open. Full kitchen but no pots or pans. No larger knives. No dishwahing soap. Floors very old and no longer glued down. Bedding stained.

We were greeted by the owner upon arrival. He was knowledgeable about the area. We arrived about 40 min before our check in time without realizing it. It may have interrupted the service to our room. We were in Unit 1. There were dirty towels hanging behind the bathroom door and a slight odor in the unit. The bed was comfortable and the lighting sufficient. The amenities were lacking. There was only one coffee mug in the kitchen and no shampoo and body wash in the refillable containers in the bathroom. I think the owners work hard to maintain the resort and hope this was an oversight. It’s quaint and close to the beach in a beautiful area. Plus, there are chickens and we were provided food to hand feed them. Loved it!

first, there really is No resorts on the coast. this is an old motel with some upgrades to some of the rooms. The staff was helpful and pleasant. we stayed in the upgraded rooms/ clean, But No elevators for 3 floors. air conditioned/ and heat. the coffee machine worked 1x. and the frig leaked. The stairs to the 'ocean front beach'...are Very long ..lot's of steps. so beware of this too. You can actually drive on the beach. The pool house/ gym etc is actually across the main street. hard to get into the jacuzzi/ needed repairs. the area around the pool is made of ? shale and very sharp on your feet/ so take flipflops! the gym was fine. towels provided. We did not eat in the restaurant/ no breakfast. Good thing Seabrook/ much more upscale with a few restaurants and small grocery store is only a 3-4 min drive. If you're looking to just get away ...and are not too particular about rooms etc...this will work. Pictures were a lil deceiving. It wasn't one of our favorites.

Facility was clean and well presented. Beds comfortable especially the king sized one. My only recommendation is to have a regular coffee maker as I'm not into espresso.

It was exactly what I wanted plus a little. Property is undergoing some long overdue improvements. The upgrades are great. Hosts ( owners?) are friendly and helpful. I want the little credenza that was in my cabin lol. Thanks for a nice stay.
