A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi.

Air con doesn't work proper staff unfriendly and back home with scabies as sofa/beds are not desinfected proper after previous guests

It was good.

Great room that opened out into a smaller pool garden. Breakfast was okay but lunch and dinner buffets weren’t upto much. But we loved the cocktails at the pool bar. Second time at the hotel but first time all inclusive. Great location!

The room was spotless, well furnished with a decent size balcony. Toiletries are provided however although there was a fridge it was not a mini bar and no bottled water was provided. Every member of staff were friendly and helpful. There are 3 separate pools plus a baby/small children pool. There are numerous sun beds available however more sun umbrellas would improve the experience and some certainly need upgrading. Breakfast was excellent, wide and varied choice. In some places the Hotel would benefit from some fresh paint such as the terrace woodwork at the restaurant, the toilets at the pool. Spa facility excellent.

Great hotel, for golfers and families
