Bartender/waitress was rude and asked us to sit by the fireplace when our pizza got there, said these tables are for people ordering food

This is a gorgeous hotel with a wonderful lounge with live piano music and a steakhouse as well. Rooms were comfy. Location ideal. I loved it

The stay was good, clean area, furniture needs to be cleaned like sofas and kitchen chairs. We did have a lot of problems with the door lock which took time away from our stay and outings, had to call corporate to help with codes. Come to find you have to pull the door to you while pushing the lock, otherwise it want lock and you really wouldn't know to do that. We end up late Saturday getting we're we needed to be because of lock.

I booked the hotel in the wrong city by mistake. I was using the app and the city I wanted had no vacancies, so the app automatically moved to another city, more than two hours away. I did not notice the location change and booked the room. When I arrived to check in and the error was found. The hotel in the next city would not refund my money. I end-up having to driving more than an hour from the city I needed to be and book another hotel and while never getting a refund for the hotel I never arrived at . Really bad experience.
