Clean room, staff friendly, great amenities,the bed was super comfortable, just little advise; i didn't see phone in the room to call the receptionist to ask to use the WI-FI if available should be presented either at the check-in or in the room But overall deserves 5 star from me,i would stay again ...

Van Der Valk Hotel Charleroi Airport
The hotel was nice staff friendly but our room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I was meant to be in a non smoking room and was quite disappointed when i walked into the room as the smell was very strong. I think its more stale smell than a recent one.

Very good hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Going out of the airport was a pain as it's fully surrounded by a fence, so shuttle or taxi is needed to get to the hotel
