It’s ok

Stayed here for the first time and loved it! We came to LA for the Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights, which was a short drive away. The room was immaculately clean, the staff friendly! Really loved there was a cafe on site, we had breakfast there every morning and the food was great. Loved the decor and the outdoor patio with shade! Overall, a 5 star stay, no complaints except for the $38/night valet parking fee. That's normal for LA, unfortunately. A+ hotel, staff, and location!

Place was nice, the bathroom shower seal could definitely need some retouching up on(well the room I was did need it). Other than that, this place is great for a weekend getaway.

I am incredibly grateful that I was able to visit my son in L.A. without having to spend an insane amount of money for a hotel. My room had all the amenities that I needed: bed, bathroom, closet, TV and fridge. The only minor complaint that I have is that there was a musty smell to the room that I was able to live with and there were about 3 or 4 tiny little flying bugs that i would guess got in thru the cracks around the air conditioning 5c

The bed was dirty it had stains and there was a doritos chip in the bed towels were stained with bleach as well

Great location, great staff, clean!

An amazing place, worth every penny I was charged . The privacy top notch, cleanliness excellent, The art works splendid and i loved that my room's decor was in line with the season. Everything was so cool and well kept in its place. It was easy for me to navigate through, i only wished there was a kitchen and not just only a coffee table because I had bought stuffs to cook. I liked the fact it was all quiet throughout my stay and it didn't look a shared space more like a hotel room with all the privacy that comes with it.
