Montezuma Creek Vacation Packages

The woman at the front desk was super nice! She helped me with some documents I needed printed, and checked to see how we liked our room. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet and the black out blinds worked great. I would stay again the next time we go through Cortez.

We called knowing we were going to be late (after 11pm) and were provided with after hours check-in instructions, which was clear/concise. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when I was trying to get some breakfast after 9:30am (my bad because I thought it was open until 10am). Breakfast was much better than I expected. Our room was pretty beat up. The floor squeaked and the carpet felt gross. The bathroom wasn't any better as there were were tiles broken or missing especially next to the shower. The room seals around the door didn't work so daylight was coming through when we wanted to sleep in. Breakfast was okay, but I don't think that we would ever stay here again.

The internet in our room was very poor and worked intermittently. The breakfast did not have any hot items, even the waffle maker was turned off. The breakfast eating area was cold and we had to leave our coats buttoned up.
