Fantastic hotel. Great mountain views, boot room opens about 50m from the gondola. Staff very friendly and helpful. I don't have her name, but the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me sort out an alternative route to the airport when the bus wascancelles.

The location is great for ski and apres. The rooms are good sizes but the room was ridiculously hot. We had to open all the windows to keep it cool even if that meant snow blowing on to your face in the middle of the night or listening to the noise from the nearby bar that went on till 5am.
