Upon our arrival, the gentleman that checked in did not inform us of the keys in the entire building we’re not working he waited till we checked in. They had Security walk us up to our room and make sure that the key that they gave us work, which didn’t, and from that point they wanted to Have him open and close the door until the morning, which is an inconvenience cause I didn’t want him walking me back-and-forth to my room prior to that I realize the other customers having the same problem the next day
