Room was crappy. Staff was crappy. Very disappointed spending that much money for a less than desirable stay.

Spring Creek Ranch was a very nice place to stay. It was close to Jackson, and located off the beaten path. Wood burning fireplace in our unit was a nice touch, however, we didn't use it. Comfy furniture and a nice decor. Hot showers and and great water pressure. The beds were and pillows were comfortable. Shuttle service was offered but had limited hours where you could bsed.

Loved the upscale vibe and the Native American theme.

$500 a night for a former Motel 6. American Greed at its best! No breakfast but good coffee in the lobby. One extremely unfriendly staff at front desk -couldn’t even grunt a good morning. Plastic keys were difficult to use. I arrived 1 1/2 hrs. before check in time and was told it would cost me $50 more to enter my room at that time. I was coming to Jackson Hole to attend my best friend’s funeral. I had taken two airplanes to get there. I am 83 years old. The new American nightmare! Never again!

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable.

The property and the rooms were amazing but unfortunately the staff wasn’t. At the check in they tried to put us in the basement room with a view of a retaining wall. Every time we had a question about the area activities, etc., they had no answers for us. They told us about the roof top bar but every time we tried to go we couldn’t get in and they didn’t prioritize the hotel guests.
