Mount Vernon Vacation Packages

I did not get the unit I reserved. I reserved a penthouse lodge on the lake. When I arrived, there was some sort of issue and they put us in a Cape Cod type cottage with no water nearby and a two story unit with stairs inside with two toddlers. Madness! Their communication was horrible and Hotel.com dropped the ball. No correct numbers to reach the location. Hotel.com didn’t even send all my information to the location. When speaking with numerous people on the phone at Hotel.com, no one could get ahold of anyone and acted clueless. Will never use them again.

It was nice and quiet. The rooms were a good size. Kitchen well equipped. Swimming pool nice for grandkids. Nice to have laundry in room. Staff was nice, but it was hard to find where to check in. Overall, a very nice stay.

clean room, staff was helpful, gold was good. The rest of the resort we didn't use so i can't comment.

We LOVED The Ozarker! We will absolutely stay here on our next visit to Branson!!

The pictures of the Penthouse Condo make it look better than it is. It’s a bit outdated but still clean and comfy.

Beautiful, unique hotel in downtown Springfield, MO. We have stayed here many times for weekend getaways and it’s always wonderful. Everyone at the hotel is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend the on site restaurant/bar at front of hotel and also the rooftop lounge. We will be back soon!!

Spotless room and super comfortable bed. Felt like home. Staff is very friendly.
