Would recommend paying a bit more for a nicer stay elsewhere - even if it’s just for one night. The sheets and pillows had stains. The pillows were small and the sheets were thin. We were advised by locals to pack up and sleep somewhere else because of the things they had heard about the cleanliness and safety of the hotel. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers with our own throw blankets and pillows.

Great hotel, comfy and clean.

Staff was on-point, from receptionist to bartender. The queen suite was very clean and well-appointed, with decent sunny views, and unique mid-century styling. Although I didn't use the free hotel bicycles, they are a fun perk that I'll use next time! Also, great location, easy parking situation, and overall well- designed property.

Booked the room plenty of time ahead it was for a Friday in August. Arrived after a long drive around 1130pm ( caravaning with my 20 yr driving her own car back to college). Learned the hotel was “overbooked we don’t have a room for you” - I believe since there was a sold out concert in Boise, they just sold our room. Said they tried to call, no indication on my end. Every hotel was sold out nearby, needed to urgently call to secure something and drive to Mountain Home 40-50 min away. …head hit the pillow at 140am thanks to My Place selling our room or computer systems not collaborating. Only positive was I wasn’t charged for a room I didn’t stay in.

Our stay was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and a relaxing. We chose to stay in for dinner so we had our food brought up to our room from Chandlers Restaurant the food and service was excellent. Five Stars from us.

No coffee maker in the room, no water in the room, nobody seemed to answer the phones for operator, concierge, Bell desk call 10 times over two days
