I was provided a room that could not be secured. The clerk refused to provide me with another room and would not allow me to speak to the on duty manager. He quickly disabled my key card so I could mot return to room to take a picture. Do not recommend unhelpful staff and management.

Very upscale feel. Great place!

Nice place to stay right now they’re working construction on the opposite side of the street so be prepared to hear beeping noises at 6 AM Monday through Friday. Also stairs are very creaky. I know it’s an old house but everybody would know if you’re coming or going because it is extremely loud and does not seem safe.

I requested a room with two beds, did not get and the staff blamed it on the app I used. I have used the app for several trips and have never had a problem.

No hot tub

Unfortunately when I made the reservations I put in the wrong month. I intended to stay August 28, my birthday, instead I mistakenly put in for July 28. I didn't realize my mistake until 2am this morning. My mistake. We've stayed at La Quinta several times before and will stay at LA Quinta whenever possible.

We showed up just after 9pm from driving all day. Without apologies, ewe were told that our rooms weren’t cleaned yet, and they had no idea when they would be ready. Obviously understaffed, I understand that things happen, but no one really seemed concerned about it or gave us any compensation. I feel like the rooms should have been comped at that point. It wasn’t until after 11:30pm that we finally got our rooms. Pool and hot tub were closed by then. I messaged the management and gave them an opportunity to make it right. Didn’t even get a response. Completely unacceptable
