This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! The way the rooms were assigned felt discriminatory. I strongly advise Asian travelers not to stay at this hotel. Good place but very expensive

The concierge Lucas was maybe the best part of it all. We got the 2 bedroom suite. It was huge and the aircons worked well enough (rare in Europe.

The public toilet at reception was not clean at all. Lot of flies in the breakfast area. We booked room for 3 and there was one table fan. It was hot. Needed to ask for table fan for each guest.

What an amazing property and stay! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we really appreciated the effort for children. This is a perfect home base for hiking and visiting all villages in the Jungfrau region. Food is outstanding.

Very nice stay. Room was cozy clean and renovated. Staff were helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel.
