The property was very clean and close to universal citywalk which was great!

We stayed here one night so it was fine for our party of four. Had booked a 2/2 but they changed us to 3/2. The unite was fully stocked and the AC worked well. However, it is a bit run down in the sense that you could tell there has been high traffic and visible wear and tear. Minor things but don't expect brand new. One note is the main bedroom was in the back of the unit, but the smaller bedrooms had big windows to the main hallway. This made me a bit uneasy as we were traveling with kids, but not huge deal since they were older. Definitely a deal for the space and kitchen (even pots and pans) and the location was central.

It is a time share property not a resort. It has very little amenities and does not offer day to day room cleaning. We had to take our own trash out order fresh towels and go to store to buy shower items. None of this was listed in the details. The place is old and tired, it needs a fresh coat of everything. Kids are un supervised in the pool area and you cannot relax. If you are hoping for a refreshing time this is not the place it’s very expensive and not worth the money. The beach walk is very hard to find. The map they offer does not depict the most accurate information. There is no room service and the “restaurant” on property is very limited Not worth the money at all

Sharing in hopes to inform others. The room setup is motel 6 vibes meaning an outside feel for hallways. Which I was not expecting. They also offer shuttle for universal parks, however, once arrived they tell you must wake up at 7:00 am to get on a list for the day and they only have 4 morning shuttles then 4 pickup evening shuttles. Also, all the signs say watermark opens at 10:00 am but once 10 hit and was not open I asked and they said 11:00am everyday. Which is inconvenient as we wanted to started our days early then head to parks afterwards. The bed sheets had stains and did not smell clean. Walls are very very thin. I could hear when the neighboring room flushed toilets and all their conversations.
