Murphy Vacation Packages

Wonderful property and excellent location! Super clean and comfortable with a responsive and helpful host! Everything was absolutely perfect - except I would subtract one tiny star just from the amenities since, despite my following the instructions exactly, I could not get anything on the TV. Other than that small issue, 5-stars all the way! I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Boise!

Good for lower priced rooms and the room was clean with all amenities needed. Breakfast is always a plus!

Good area, was a bit basic for me

This is my 2nd time staying at the Sparrow. This place is super funky and the location is perfect to walk pretty much anywhere worth walking to in downtown Boise. I will definitely stay there again (it's by far my favorite hotel). The rooms are really modern in a mountain theme, very comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. The showers were great and bed super comfy. One thing to note, the parking is limited and it is first come first serve, so plan accordingly. There's other parking very nearby though, so if you don't get a spot it's not a big deal.

This boutique hotel had a really nice, turn-of-the century but updated vibe with original woodwork, old-fashioned tiles, and spacious rooms. However, the room was warm and stuffy with the air-conditioning not functioning properly. The staff was able to cool the room a bit, but it took a box fan to make the room comfortable enough for sleeping. The TV had frequent buffering. It seems to have trouble connecting to the streaming service. The hotel is in a great downtown setting close to diverse restaurants, bars, and shops.

Very convenient to freeway, quiet, very helpful staff, pet friendly, excellent breakfast.

Check-in was a Breeze. Staff was extremely helpful. The room was well maintained and clean. Everybody was very friendly and polite.
